ACQUIRER-SIDE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
  1. Generating tax compliant e-invoices (manually and via API) and sending it by e-mail or to any invoicing network. Simultaneously with the creation of the invoice it generates an RTP instruction, which is sent to the customer’s bank for approval,
  2. View sent RTP status and associate it with the respective invoice, and update payment status of invoice based on RTP data,
  3. Check and update RTP and invoice repository with the newly issued documents/messages.
ISSUER-SIDE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
  1. View supplier invoice& incoming RTP messages in the inbox,
  2. Approve RTP (invoice payment),
  3. View RTP status and associate it with the respective invoice, and update payment status of the latter based on RTP data,
